The Southcore Financial Centre Delta Hotel rises 160 meters, or 46 floors, into the Toronto skyline. Located in downtown Toronto at the Southcore Financial Centre, the new hotel has 567 rooms along with full banquet and conference facilities.

PICCO was hired to provide full service consulting which included stone selection, design-assist, quality control program, stone shop drawings, shop tickets, stone engineering, and field inspections. PICCO's scope included stone engineering for all of the granite cladding on the exterior facade. We were also contracted to design and detail all of the substructure required to support the stone.
