Cyrus serves as the Lead Structural Engineer for Residential Projects. He brings more than 30 years of experience in structural engineering, construction management, and the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His expertise includes luxury custom homes, mid-rise residential developments, light commercial buildings, transportation facilities, bridges, and complex steel and concrete structures. Throughout his career, Cyrus has managed projects from initial design and permitting through construction and occupancy. He works closely with clients, architects, contractors, municipal examiners, and other authorities to provide practical structural solutions, coordinate project requirements, and support the timely delivery of each project.

Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Structural Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic, Amirkabir University of Technology. His technical experience includes steel, concrete, seismic, bridge, and commercial building design, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP 2000, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro.
