Eva leads software development at PICCO Engineering, where she established the company’s in-house software function. With a background in structural engineering and technology, she creates digital systems that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen collaboration across engineering, operations, and technology teams. She oversees internal platforms, client-facing applications, and automation tools that support both day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives. Her expertise spans software architecture, product strategy, data integration, Building Information Modelling, and process optimization. She also mentors PICCO’s software team, providing technical leadership and product direction.

Eva serves on the Professional Engineers Ontario Strategic Stakeholder Advisory Group. She holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
