This year, PICCO Engineering is excited to send two of our team members, Dustin South and Karl Ducas, to Autodesk University 2026, which takes place from September 15–17. AU is one of the industry's premier gatherings for design, engineering, and construction professionals. Over the course of the event, Dustin and Karl will dive into sessions on the latest BIM workflows, generative AI collaboration tools, and process automation strategies shaping the future of construction and engineering practice, while also connecting with peers and industry leaders from around the world. We hope to come away energized with fresh ideas and practical techniques that we're already looking forward to implementing into our PEAKS (PICCO Engineering Automation & Knowledge System) tools and other workflows, reinforcing Picco Engineering's commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and innovation in our field.
Connections with members of the broader construction and design industry is something that we want to expand through event like AU2026, as the stone industry is niche, it has the tendency to homogenize project deliveries and stagnate.
