February 13, 2024—The Building Industry and Land Development Association, better known as BILD, serves as the primary advocate for the home construction, residential and non-residential land development, and professional renovation sectors within the Greater Toronto Area. Its membership boasts over 1,200 member companies spanning all sectors of the industry.
On February 13th, BILD hosted its annual Chairs Dinner. It was attended by many industry representatives and leaders. It was a night to reflect on the past year's accomplishments and look forward to 2024 and what this year will bring. As is customary at the event, a number of members were recognized for their contributions to the industry and the association.
One of the recognitions handed out that night was the Associate Awards. This program was created to celebrate service excellence between developers, builders, renovators, and their many suppliers, trades, and professional firms.
We are humbled to have won the Associate Award in the Professional Service category. The award was gracefully accepted by Mike Picco, Ahmed Khan, Karl Doucas and Maria Castro, who attended the Chairs Dinner. The awards are based heavily on feedback from clients and partners on our working relationship over the years. We want to thank our clients and those who had great things to say about PICCO, BILD, and, of course, our talented, professional team!
