The Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project was conceived to revitalize Manhattan's far West Side along the Hudson River. Upon completion, it transformed New York City on an unprecedented scale. It stands as the largest private real estate development in U.S. history and the most significant in New York City since Rockefeller Center in the 1930s.
At 10 Hudson Yards, particularly in the exterior columns and cladding. Facilitating the use of a proprietary aluminum backup system allowed large Granite panels to be hung on 40-foot-high architectural columns, a defining feature of this major office and retail tower. Our interior work included flooring, a feature wall, standard cladding, a radial base, and feature stairs. We designed custom mechanical anchors to accommodate unique anchoring conditions across the feature wall, main lobby, corridors, and elevator lobbies.
