Located at a prime address, 520 Park Avenue ranks #7 among New York City's top 25 most prestigious condos, offering skyline views of Central Park. With the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MoMA) just a few blocks away, it is within walking distance of many of the city's finest restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.

The exterior of the building is clad in 6,000 square feet of Indiana Limestone, while the lobby features two types of stone: Sarrancolin Marble and Alberene Soapstone. PICCO had the privilege of contributing to the interior and exterior of this spectacular building.
