Located in Toronto's prestigious shopping district, the Rolex Boutique at 101 Bloor Street West is a showcase of luxury and craftsmanship. The façade features Burgundy White Limestone and Absolute Black Granite, seamlessly blending traditional stonework with modern precision. Fluid curves around windows and doors contrast elegantly with the high-rise above, reflecting Rolex's timeless design.

The project presented unique challenges, including the selection of high-quality Limestone and the engineering of large, cubic stone pieces with complex geometries. Advanced 3D modelling played a crucial role in designing custom attachment systems and ensuring structural integrity. Some stone elements exceeded 7 feet in height, necessitating specialized transport and handling in a tight urban setting. Precise installation was critical for aligning the stone façade with existing mullions, energy performance, and maintenance requirements. Detailed 3D scans ensured a seamless fit with the building's structure. This project is a testament to advanced engineering, innovative technology, and master craftsmanship.
