The iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotel is located in Beverly Hills, California, at the renowned corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard. As the first hotel on the West Coast to carry the prestigious Waldorf name, it was built to offer a luxury experience that aligns with the high-end shops and real estate of the surrounding "Golden Triangle district." The interiors, designed by the acclaimed Pierre-Yves Rochon, beautifully capture the spirit of old Hollywood glamour while incorporating a streamlined modern flair.
Our stone engineering expertise ensured that every detail was meticulously planned and executed, contributing to the overall luxurious experience of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. PICCO Engineering was engaged in all interior stone elements, including the Presidential suite, counters, bases, tubs, lobby, fireplace, floors and other miscellaneous stone elements. The elegant Art Deco-inspired public lobby is central to the indulgent experience of the hotel, where natural stone elevates these spaces like no other material.
