Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry, providing structural engineering and project management in two distinct niches – cladding systems and temporary structures (scaffolding and concrete formwork/falsework). Licensed as professional engineer in 18 states, he has worked in responsible charge for the design/analysis on many complicated projects throughout the United States and overseas. Most recently, Jeff has been focused on the natural stone cladding systems, working with stone contractors to design engineered stone and stone anchorage solutions, and in many cases, providing support for field personnel including lifting / rigging and scaffolding designs. During his career, Jeff has established a deep knowledge base of many building materials, including stone, steel, aluminum and glass, and developed strong problem- solving skills. He is passionate about utilizing software to create efficient, effective analysis tools and creating the next generation of great engineers and designers.
Jeff graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structures, and obtained his initial licensure as a Professional Engineer in California in 1997.
